• All products are handmade in Wales.

• By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Orders

• Orders are accepted subject to product availability.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

• If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through our checkout system.

• We accept all major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

• Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched.

4. Shipping & Collection

• Orders are shipped UK only via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Dispatch is usually within 2–3 working days, although we always aim to send items sooner.

• Collection is available. Customers will receive an email with the collection address when their order is ready.

• For larger or custom orders, dispatch times will be confirmed individually.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

6. Product Care & Safety

• All candles, melts, and related products should be used according to the safety instructions provided.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety advice.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other external factors beyond our control.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
