We do our best to reply as quickly as possible. Our usual response times are Monday–Friday, within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (such as Christmas or new product launches), replies may take a little longer, but we’ll always aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

If you contact us over a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll respond once we’re back in the workshop.
