Shipping policy

At Anna Elizabeth Candles, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth as possible.

Collection

• Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from us.

• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with collection details, including the address.

UK Delivery

• We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you’ll be able to follow your parcel’s journey.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

• Standard orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, although we always do our best to send them out sooner.

• For larger or custom/personalised orders, dispatch may take longer. We’ll contact you directly to confirm your design and provide an estimated dispatch time.
